Questions
How will I know what I want
Prior to any procedure, a thorough consultation will take place to determine your goals, including color choice, shape and final look desired.
Is it safe?
Strict sanitation and sterilization guidelines are followed in accordance with the Center for Disease Control. Each needle is sterile, individually wrapped and never reused.
Are needles used?
Permanent cosmetic needles are not conventional tattooing needles. They're designed not to traumatize the delicate layers of the skin and will implant the pigment at exactly the correct depth.
Is it painful?
Topical analgesics are used. Most clients agree that permanent make up is well worth any slight discomfort. Steps are taken to ensure client comfort although everyone's tolerance level is different.
How long does the procedure take?
Procedures take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the service you have.
Will it last forever?
Depending on how much pigment is implanted, how your individual body metabolizes the pigment and also how much sloughing off of the epidermal (skin) layer one produces can determine the longevity of the pigment. Touch ups are required to maintain the desired level of pigment coverage after a few years.
